For a number of years we have written and distributed law reviews that summarize legislative enactment's, and sometimes court decisions and attorney general opinions. We have decided to make some of these "old" law reviews available. However, we do it with the following CAVEAT:
The law is constantly changing and these law reviews reflect the status of the law when written. They are being provided as a resource in helping you find code provisions relating to the matters discussed in the law review. In addition, they may provide background on the current law.
Please do not rely upon them without reviewing the current law.
Sincerely,
John Gilchrist, Esq.
Legislative Counsel
